5 things i’m loving right now

have you been over to Chesterrific?

each month she hosts a fun linky party called “5 things i’m loving right now… so, go ahead, read my post, write your own & then go link up HERE!

#1: sweater stone given to my by my friend maegan — it’s made to remove pills from sweaters to make them look brand new again. i have not actually used this yet — but plan to refresh my collection of cashmere sweaters.
#2: i wear vibram five fingers every time i head to the gym. they are lightweight, comfortable, washable & well, i own 2 pairs and alternate between my pink & blue ones! {plus, they make #3 a little easier…}
#3: this bosu ball is A-MAZING! friday’s are my leg days at the gym so i start with a heavy elliptical or stair-climber work-out and then hit it on the leg lift machine and wind up on the bosu until i physically am incapable of walking without telling my legs to move. if you’ve never been on one, check out some youtube tutorials or training guides!
#4: i am loving Creative Connection USA – every other month several creative women get together & we meet, chat, share & connect.
#5: my new favorite stability run short from athleta — i loved them so much when i got the first pair that i bought 5 more — i’m sure that if people at the gym or on the bike trail actually cared what i wore.. they would notice i wear the same thing several times a week.
don’t YOU want to go make your list & link up now?
okay, off you go!!

Stay awhile & check out some other posts...

    I have always been very curious about those shoes, I totally want to check yours out next time I’m over. Did you hear I got a treadmill, would they be good for running on the ‘mill?

    Thanks for joining the party! xxoo

      maegan, before running in the 5 fingers.. check out this article: http://zenhabits.net/barefoot-running/ — i only go about 1-2 miles a day in them BUT wear to the gym several days a week for the elliptical and StairClimber. i also use them the beach —- they are very versatile!
